We host termly Open Mornings, giving you the chance to explore our impressive grounds and meet our Headteacher, staff and pupils. This is the perfect opportunity to come and experience what ‘The Adventure of Childhood’ is all about.
Christmas in the Stableyard
This Christmas, we invite our Pre-Reception families (ages 3-4) to step into a magical world at Hatherop Castle School. Our Stableyard will be transformed into a festive wonderland, brimming with enchanting activities that promise to create unforgettable memories.
As you enter the Stableyard, you’ll be greeted by our cheeky elf, who will guide the children to his cosy corner. Here, they will have the delightful opportunity to make their very own reindeer food, a special concoction designed to ensure Rudolph’s nose shines bright on Christmas Eve!
As laughter and cheer fill the air, our musical elf will lead the children in creating joyful songs. With the help of tiny instruments and festive melodies, they will compose magical music that is sure to spread Christmas cheer.
The highlight of the morning will be a heart-warming storytelling session with Father Christmas himself. In a cosy nook adorned with soft cushions and twinkling fairy lights, he will share a delightful Christmas tale that will capture the imagination of every little one. Meanwhile, parents can relax and enjoy some festive refreshments, indulging in a moment of holiday cheer.
To conclude this magical morning, every child will receive a special gift from Father Christmas, an enchanting keepsake to treasure and enjoy on Christmas Eve. This event is free of charge for all Pre-Reception children, but to ensure we have the correct amount of gifts and magical supplies, please let us know if you will be attending.
