Prep 5 Pupils Shine at Leadership and Teamwork Challenge
A group of Prep 5 pupils recently represented Hatherop Castle School at a Leadership and Teamwork Day hosted by Cheltenham College. Competing alongside pupils from Pinewood School, St Hugh’s School, Salisbury Cathedral School and The Downs Malvern, the children took part in a series of exciting challenges designed to test their leadership, communication, resilience and teamwork skills.

Across eight different activities, the Hatherop pupils impressed staff and organisers alike with their positivity, determination and ability to work collaboratively under pressure. While their success was reflected in the medals proudly awarded at the end of the day, it was their attitude and character that truly stood out.
Throughout the event, the children encouraged one another, approached challenges with creativity and resilience, and demonstrated kindness and respect in every task they faced. Their quiet confidence, teamwork and willingness to support others perfectly reflected the values at the heart of Hatherop Castle School.
The day was a wonderful celebration of leadership, friendship and community spirit, and the pupils were exceptional ambassadors for the school.
