With a real-life castle and 27 acres of breathtaking parkland for a classroom, children at Hatherop Castle experience adventure every day. An exciting curriculum, delivered by enthusiastic subject experts, engages curious minds and develops key skills. It is just waiting for your child to dive in. And we can help get them here!

Hatherop Castle’s heavily subsidised school bus service is available throughout the surrounding area. You can spot our cheerful, distinctive buses winding through the Cotswolds, out to Birdlip, Oddington and Charlbury to the north of the school, Kemble, Farringdon and Carterton to the south, and everywhere in between. The routes vary according to demand, with additional pick-ups added, even at short notice.

It is also fully flexible. Some of our pupils ride the bus every day, while others have two or three set days per week. And if you simply can’t make the school run on ad hoc days, we can step in then too. A handy app allows you to book your spot, change the route or stop to suit you, and track where the bus is.
