U9 – Boys 11.15am (Briefing 11.10am)
U11 – Girls 11.30am (Briefing 11.25)
U11 – Boys 11.45am (Briefing 11.40am)
U12/3 – Boys – 12.20pm (Briefing 12.15pm)

Runners have been selected from those who attend the running club and/or cross-country club.

Notes ~ Boys & Girls should bring with them; a water bottle, red coat, full PE kit trainers and running spikes. A school packed lunch will be provided, however, if you wish to supplement this with other nutritional foods, please feel free to do so.
