Transfers
Airport transfers must be pre-booked.
A member of staff will meet you at the airport. If we have several arrivals at a similar time of the day, we will group you together and you will all travel together. We try to limit the waiting time at the airport for our students as much as possible but do be patient while we arrange things for airport arrivals.
When you arrive at the airport, if you can’t find the member of staff, do not panic. We will be there, and we will meet you.

Journey times vary from different airports.
Typically, a journey from:
- Heathrow takes between 1½ to 2 hours
- Bristol Airport takes between 1 hour to 1½ hours
- Gatwick Airport takes between 2½ to 3 hours
Please make sure you travel with water and you have a few extra snacks for the journey to school.
