Pre-arrival information for 2024 Summer School students
Please complete the following steps before arrival:
- Final payments – invoices will need to be settled by the end of May. If you’ve not yet received your invoice, it will be on its way to you shortly. The payment link can be found here
- Travel details – if your students have booked our transfer services, we need to the flight / train timings so that we can allocate the correct transfer. Please send full details to Ellie at summerschools@wishford.co.uk and don’t forget to include details and forms about Unaccompanied Minor Services if you will be using this option
- Medical, welfare and consent form – all parents need to complete our Medical, welfare and consent form, so that we have all the important information we need to keep students safe. A PDF version is also available here
- Academies – if your child has signed up to one of the below Academies, please complete the relevant form(s) so our coaches can prepare for their arrival:
- Important documents – for each student, please make sure to send to Ellie at summerschools@wishford.co.uk;
- A student ID photo – this should be a ‘passport’ style photo and will be printed on their ID card while they are with us
- A copy of your student’s passport – a photo or scan of the photo page
- Letter of consent to travel – all students will need to print this and carry a hard copy with them when travelling to the UK
