Happy Easter from Hatherop Castle

Yet again we have been very busy in the Nursery this holiday. With Easter in our minds, the children have been baking Spring cupcakes, making Easter egg bunting and printing rabbit pictures using loo roll tubes.

The Easter Bunny made an early trip to Hatherop on last Thursday; the children enjoyed following the secret trail that led them to Forest School and had great fun searching high and low for the hidden chocolate bunnies, chicks and eggs.

They made bunches of daffodils using straws, cake cases and glitter and had lots of fun with feathers to create their own collage chicks. We are looking forward to next week, when we will be learning all about The Ugly Duckling.
