Christmas at Hatherop has officially begun

The stage was set for one of the most enchanting Nativity plays by the Early Years.

Reception shone and sparkled on stage throughout the performance of Shine Star Shine whilst the Nursery provided the Angels, Sheep Camels and Stars. One of our wonderful Reception children, the star who couldn’t shine, gave a tremendous performance backed up by a host of other stars urging her to try harder.

Our delightful angel, told the Shepherds and Kings to visit Mary and Joseph in the stable and finally, seeing the baby Jesus in the manger, the big star began to shine whilst Nursery sang Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Christmas 2021 has definitely begun at Hatherop Castle School.
