A note from Mr Reed

The Autumn term does feel a bit of a marathon and so to reach half term is always welcome.

It has been a very positive first half of the term and there have been many activities and learning opportunities enjoyed by all members of the Hatherop community.  We have welcomed visits from the Bee Association, the Barn Theatre, STEAM talks, the list can go on, combined with visits to the Mary Rose, Gifford Circus and Chedworth Roman Villa to name a few – the first half of term has been action packed.

We start the next half of term with a bang as our Prep 7&8 will sit some exams to support their preparation for future exams.  We end the week with our Remembrance Service in St Nicholas Church and of course our Christmas at the Castle Fair on the 16th November, which is sure to be a wonderful event.

I hope you all have a wonderful rest and a chance to recharge your batteries in preparation for a busy 2nd half of term.
