Arrangements for the afternoon at South Cerney – Tuesday 26th June 2018
• Children are to change at lunch time (1.30pm) into their full P.E. kit and put their bags in the classroom.
• Children will depart HCS at approximately 2.45pm and return to HCS at 6.15pm
• The time for those children who are being picked up from South Cerney is 5.30pm (child’s name underlined suggests those children being picked up from South Cerney) Please arrive before 5.30pm if you are picking up your child, as the minibus must return to HCS on time.
• Clothing – Children MUST have a spare change of clothes with them, a towel, sun hat, sun cream, water bottle, trainers / boat shoes and any medication (inhalers) etc
• The children will be given squash and biscuits before they start the session.
